Exterior House Washing
Did you know that Mold & Mildew affects as many as 29 percent of us with allergic reactions? It’s true; these unwanted growths are the third most common allergic agents, according to New York Clinical Ecologist, Dr. Alfred V. Zamm. After mold finds damp, warm, poorly ventilated area, mold immediately starts to reproduce, bloom, then send new spores floating though the air looking for more areas to infest. There are approximately 100,000 species of fungi known, but to be more specific, our exterior house mold is called Aspergillus Niger or Black Bread Mold.
Specifications for Exterior House Washing
- Apply our blend of biodegradable detergents over the entire area being cleaned with our commercial spraying system using low pressure. (All of our detergents are safe for the environment, plants, grass, animals and your family members)
- Allow the detergents to soak on the surface for approximately 10-15 minutes to insure all mold, mildew, algae and dirt has released from your siding. (Re-apply detergents as needed)
- Rinse all surfaces with our commercial pressure washer using low pressure. (The use of low pressured water is critical to insure no broken window seals, loosened caulk joints, damaged paint surfaces or water being forced behind your siding, which could cause long term structural damage)
- Rinse off all the plants, grass and soil around the entire house as each side is completed.
